This role provides senior leadership across software engineering delivery, people management, and technical direction. You will guide large, distributed teams, contribute deep technical expertise, and work closely with customers and stakeholders to shape and evolve products. The position balances strategic accountability with hands-on problem solving.
Responsibilities
  • Lead large offshore teams to deliver solutions that address complex business needs
  • Hold overall management accountability, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and staff development
