Location: Kitchener, Ontario
Pay Range: $50,000 - $80,000
This is an on-site role; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available
 

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain a Next.js + TypeScript application integrated with Supabase.
  • Implement authentication using NextAuth with the Supabase adapter.
  • Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces with shadcn/ui and TailwindCSS.
  • Manage form handling with React Hook Form and Zod validation.
  • Write and run automated tests using Playwright.
  • Deploy and host applications in a VPS environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with TypeScript and React/Next.js.
  • Practical knowledge of Supabase (authentication, database, storage).
  • Familiarity with NextAuth (Supabase adapter preferred).
  • Proficiency with TailwindCSS.
  • Experience handling forms with React Hook Form + Zod.
  • Solid understanding of Git/GitHub workflows.
  • Comfort with Linux CLI commands for server work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Playwright or other testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Docker.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic SQL/Postgres experience.
  • A strong eye for UI/UX design and accessibility.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
