Role Overview
ProAg has an exciting opportunity for an innovative and forward-thinking Software Engineer Manager, Solutions Architecture to join our team. Bring your passion for technology to an Agile environment to help create ground-breaking products that serve our farmers, agents, and re-insurers.
This leadership role enables developers to work at a higher level and utilize the latest and greatest technology to serve policyholders. Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, your mission will be to support and enable feature teams to fulfill our vision to make crop insurance easy.
This position will be in ProAg's Maple Grove, MN office. Employees report to the office Monday - Thursday, with Friday being an optional remote day.

What You Bring
  • Approximately 6 years of professional software development experience and 3 years of engineer leadership experience
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience
  • Strong technical background with the ability to engage in architectural and design discussions
  • Demonstrated success leading and managing software engineers
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Agile disciplines, DevOps disciplines, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position is $155,000 - 170,000, which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
