We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team in the design, development, and delivery of innovative software solutions for General Motors LLC. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving excellence in software engineering practices.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
* Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
