Job description


Position: Development Coordinator
Supervisor: Executive Director Work Schedule: Weekdays 9-5
Responsibilities:
A. Help lead our team in the area of fundraising. Work alongside other development staff with: Annual Banquet and Auction, Annual Golf Outing, Semi-Annual Phon-a-thons, Any additional fundraising or special events.
B. Help manage all choir church services and special events.
C. Supervise volunteers when needed.
D. Supervise residents who work on Special Events.
E. Assist with any development related office work as needed.
F. Help oversee all of our grant writing.
G. Help with our Donor Database.
H. Host campus visits with Partners and Friends.
I. Any other duties that are provided by the Executive Director.
Requirements
Qualifications:
A. General Clerical Skills including: filing, typing, good communication skills, and etc.
B. Experience with standard office equipment including: phone, fax, adding machine, and computer and following computer software: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
C. Experience in Development. A willingness to work as a competent and organized team member with other staff, volunteers, and board members.
D. Four-year degree in a related field
