Repair Coordinator - Join our Kansas City, KS Team!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Repair Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the repair process for a wide range of tools. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assess incoming tools and determine the appropriate repair path, whether internal, external, or across branches
  • Manage repair orders and communicate effectively with customers about repair status, invoicing, and follow-ups
  • Work closely with various departments, including rental, customer service, and sales, to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate records for repairs, assist with inventory counts, and handle warranty claims
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized and prepared for high volumes of tools and special events

PAY RANGE:
$22-$24 per hour, based on experience
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
