BDC Representative (Business Development Center)

Kansas City Hyundai – Merriam, KS

Kansas City Hyundai is looking for an energetic, motivated BDC Representative to join our growing team. This is a phone-based sales and customer service position where your primary responsibility is building relationships, setting appointments, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound sales inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding sales opportunities, internet leads, unsold showroom visits, and previous customers.
  • Follow up with customers through phone calls, text messages, and email.
  • Set quality appointments for our sales team.
  • Listen to customer needs and help guide them toward the right solution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules in our CRM.
  • Meet daily activity and appointment goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A friendly, energetic personality with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent phone skills with strong tonality and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections professionally.
