Join Lockheed Martin's dynamic team working on the cutting edge of aerospace technology. We provide training systems for the world's most advanced aircraft, including the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.
The Work
The Software Configuration Management (SCM) team supports our media prep function on the Joint Strike Fighter Training & Logistics program. The team's mission is to maintain the integrity and traceability of the software released by the program to its customers.
As a member of the Software Configuration team you will:
Track and install software on training devices
Maintain database of program software and data
Assign unique identifiers to software and data used by training devices
Perform software installations on training devices
Support routine engineering reviews and configuration audits
Review changes to software baseline to ensure compliance with configuration management policies
Ensure that data and physical media have all appropriate labels and markings
Disseminate data to the program and government customers
Note: This position requires on-site presence in the Orlando office to meet client needs. Seeking individuals with the ability to intermittently flex work hours to support program schedules.
