Our shared services information technology team is seeking an experienced Software Analyst to join our team in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and expertise in the design, configuration, development, implementation, and end-to-end user support of Jedox budgeting and forecasting tools. In this role, the candidate will manage Jedox system administration, support, upgrades, develop new and existing budget models, and deliver user training.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Create functional specifications and time and feasibility estimates in response to project requests; analyze requirements and provide solutions.
  • Design, Configure, Develop, Implement, and Support end-to-end Jedox Budgeting and forecasting tools and understanding business needs and use cases, across business segments.
  • Develop new and existing Budget models and use cases to deliver tailored through Jedox.
  • Manage Jedox system administration, support, upgrade, and user training.
  • Finance, accounting, and controlling functional support
  • Designs and configures Jedox and other software products to Requirements, creates specifications and implements then Supports it.
  • Create the operator manual or other documentation supplied in conjunction with a software project.
  • Translates requirements of technical documents into the product configuration to properly operate instrumentation during tests.
  • Assists in improving product features and quality, reducing product development costs and product delivery cycle time.
  • Follow and document the software SDLC method.
  • Provides post-delivery customer support.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-3 years' experience as project lead or acting as a senior member of the Jedox implementation and support team.
  • 4-6 years of experience implementing Jedox or EPM-related solutions.
  • Experienced working in SAP, Salesforce, and BI integration.
  • Hands-on experience in Jedox implementation and support through Agile methodology.,
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Autonomous, conceptual, and structured working manner with strong communication skills
  • Programming skills and experience are a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively interact with HORIBA personnel and other customers.
  • Ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team.


SALARY RANGE: $80,000 to $107,000

Compensation Package:
