ResponsibilitiesThe lead soft count clerk is responsible for directing the flow of soft count room activities.

  • Ensure soft currency is accounted for and recorded in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure company assets are properly accounted for and secured
  • Account for all table games documentation
  • Review and compile reports generated by Soft Count
  • Assist the Soft Count Supervisor in the maintenance of machinery used in count room operations
  • Operate a currency counting machine
  • Ability to function with secured access for ingress/egress to count room
  • Assume responsibilities of Soft Count Supervisor in his/her absence
  • Promote and lead in our ACES of PENN initiatives to external and internal guests that perpetuate Hollywood Casino’s commitment towards quality guest service

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • HS Degree or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position
