Role: Meta Ads Specialist
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (On-site) | Full-Time
Salary: $40-$45 per hour.

Overview: We’re seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic in-house marketing team.
In this role, you'll work under the guidance of a Manager to maintain, manage, and optimize
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns for various clients and projects.
What You'll Do: Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to drive
performance and results.
Manage daily campaign pacing, budgets, and KPIs.
Pull performance reports and provide insights on trends and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with the Senior Manager on campaign strategy and creative testing.
Implement audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues promptly to minimize downtime or wasted spend.
Stay up-to-date on Meta platform changes, trends, and best practices.
What We're Looking For: 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns
(Facebook and Instagram).
Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, and creative best practices.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and event tracking.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment or agency setting is a plus.
