Sonny’s BBQ is hiring a Social Media Coordinator in Winter Park, FL (Hybrid) to help bring our brand to life across social. This is a full-time role reporting to the Director, PR & Communications. We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping content — from short-form video and strong copy to community engagement and real-time content creation.


What You’ll Do

  • Create and publish social content across platforms, including short-form video
  • Write captions and copy that feel warm, real, and true to the Sonny’s brand voice
  • Capture content in restaurants, at events, and during activations across our footprint
  • Manage day-to-day engagement across comments, DMs, tags, and reviews
  • Track social performance and turn data into content recommendations
  • Support influencer and creator partnerships

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create short-form video independently
  • Experience managing social channels for a brand or organization
  • Someone who is organized, trend-aware, and comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in restaurants, hospitality, or food/beverage brand marketing
