-Oversee 3-5 Instagram & Facebook theme pages
-Manage the team posting daily content
-Ensure consistency, quality, and growth across all accounts
-Hold people accountable for execution

-Track metrics across all pages (reach, engagement, conversions)
-Deliver weekly performance reports to leadership
-Identify what's working and double down fast
-Cut what's not working without hesitation
