Matrix Home Care has several openings for RN/LPN for SOC/ Follow up Visits in Punta Gorda, FL and the surrounding areas : Monday - Friday and Weekends as Needed. Visits include Start of Care Assessments, Wound Care/ Medication Management and Infusions. Private Duty,LTC,Commercial Insurance andWork Comp Patients.
We are hiring Start of Care and Visit nurses
Requirements
Must have prior Home Care in Home Visit Experience and at least 1 year of Nursing Experience
Valid FL Registered Nursing License
Valid LPN License
At least 1 year of Home Care Experience
EVV- Kantime Software
Spanish Speaking a plus
Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
