Job Overview: Pay Range: $34.91hr - $50.81hr Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. 3-5+ years of experience. Previous medical-surgical experience. IV Therapy skills. Compliance with training requirements including HIPAA Privacy and Security. Adherence to the expectations and professional responsibilities of the department. Responsibilities: Deliver care to patients in accordance with physician's orders, including health maintenance, episodic and chronic care to adolescent, adult, and elder populations. Review medical records for pertinent previous and current medical information. Interview patients for assessment of current problems, medications, and allergies. Administer medications according to policy and procedure. Identify acute versus emergency situations and respond to emergencies according to policy. Document all care provided in a concise and complete manner. Organize tasks, solve problems, and respond in a calm, purposeful, and pleasant manner during times of multiple demands and emergency situations.
