Working full time typically means a commitment of 36-40 hours per week, often with benefits like health insurance, paid time off, and retirement options. Kaiser RNs may work in hospitals, clinics, or specialty departments, depending on their training and the needs of the organization.

What are some common challenges faced by full time Kaiser RNs, and how can new hires best adapt to the workflow?

Full Time Kaiser RNs often manage high patient volumes and need to quickly adapt to the integrated care model, which emphasizes coordination across interdisciplinary teams. New hires may find the fast-paced environment and use of electronic health records (EHR) challenging at first.
