BAYADA Home Health has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Admissions (SOC) Registered Nurse!! You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients in Milford, Hopkinton, Marlborough and surrounding towns. Medicare Certified Home Health experience is required.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

  • Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Medicare Certified Home Health experience required.
