West River Mental Health is accepting applications for a Program Manager oversee SMI Services. This position will provide leadership, operational coordination, and clinical support to assigned programs and staff under the direction of the Program Director. Assist with supervision, compliance oversight, quality assurance activities, and day-to-day program operations to ensure effective service delivery and adherence to agency, ethical, and regulatory standards. Promote a collaborative work environment focused on staff development, operational efficiency, and high-quality, person-centered care. This person will also work closely with Human Resources to identify staffing needs and development as well as identify, implement, and promote staff training needs to comply with agency standards, licensing, and professional development.

Requirements
