PAINTER – JOIN THE ECO-CLEAN PAINTING TEAM
Location: San Luis Obispo County, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Eco-Clean Painting is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, skilled painters who take pride in doing excellent work and treating customers’ homes with care.
We are a locally owned, highly rated painting company serving San Luis Obispo County. Our team specializes in residential and commercial painting, including interiors, exteriors, cabinets, and specialty coatings. We believe great results come from thorough preparation, quality workmanship, clear communication, and a professional crew.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting
  • Protect floors, furniture, landscaping, and surrounding surfaces
  • Perform scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, patching, and priming
  • Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers
  • Produce clean lines, smooth finishes, and consistent coverage
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
  • Properly care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and project managers
  • Follow company procedures and jobsite safety requirements
  • Complete projects efficiently without sacrificing quality
