Job Title: General Production Worker (Slitter)Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team as a Slitter. This role involves assisting machine operators, cutting materials, and bundling tubes. You will play a crucial part in the production process by ensuring materials are properly handled and processed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist machine operators with daily tasks.
  • Cut and bundle materials efficiently.
  • Handle general production duties including machine operation.
  • Cut bands of steel and recoil material as needed.
  • Operate a forklift to move materials within the production area.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to operate machinery and equipment effectively.
  • Proficient in cutting and handling steel materials.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work a 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
