Role Summary: A Guillotine Cutter is a precision cutting machine used to trim, cut or shape large sheets or rolls of materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic or metal. A guillotine cutter operator is responsible for operating and maintaining these machines to produce accurate, clean cuts according to job specifications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have mechanical skills, be accurate and precise, ability to use ruler, able to lift 75 lbs. or less, and be a problem solver. The individual must be capable of operating without direct supervision.
Must be able to understand, communicate, and understand directions in English as needed.
