Pay Range
$47.50 - $71.25
Pineville Sleep Medicine APP
Atrium Health, one of the most comprehensive public, not-for-profit healthcare systems in the nation, is actively recruiting a nurse practitioner or physician assistant for Sleep Medicine at our Atrium Health Pineville location. This position will work closely with the current Sleep Medicine physician in the practice.
This position will focus on treatment and management of sleep patients in the outpatient setting. Essential functions: obtain a medical history, physical exam, document findings and prepare a plan of care including prescribing medications and ordering appropriate tests/procedures. Attend, participate in and contribute to group/practice meetings, development of policies and procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Physical practice: Atrium Health Sleep Medicine Pineville
    • 10650 Park Road, Plaza 1, Suite 330, Charlotte, NC 28210
  • Work schedule - Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program
  • Nurse practitioners are required to have a master's degree or doctorate in nursing practice. Certification from a nationally recognized certifying body is required
  • Physician Assistants with certification from the National Commission on Certification of PAs is required
  • 1- 2 years of APP experience preferred (Sleep Medicine experience is ideal, but not required).
  • North Carolina license, North Carolina DEA
