We are looking for an experienced Sleep Consultant to join our team and make a meaningful difference in families' lives. What You'll Do

As a Sleep Consultant at North Star Newborns, you’ll play a vital role in supporting families as they navigate the early stages of parenthood. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing each family’s unique needs and developing personalized sleep plans for newborns and infants.
  • Providing guidance and education to parents on sleep training techniques and best practices.
  • Offering compassionate support and encouragement to families throughout the process.
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting sleep plans as needed to ensure success.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest research and trends in infant sleep and care.
What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced professional who can bring expertise and empathy to this important role. Here’s what we’re looking for:
