Job description

Siteimprove is a global leader in digital accessibility, content optimization, and web governance, empowering organizations to deliver inclusive, high-performing digital experiences.

With the launch of Siteimprove.ai—the only enterprise platform that unifies content compliance and content performance, we’re leading the next generation of digital experience, where content must perform for both humans and AI.

From accessibility and SEO/AIO to analytics, content strategy, and governance, our Agentic Content Intelligence Platform enables organizations to create digital experiences that are compliant, discoverable, and measurable.

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales to lead our Enterprise Sales team across Australia. Based in Sydney, you’ll lead a team while personally driving strategic enterprise opportunities, expanding our presence across an underpenetrated market, and building long‑term customer relationships with some of the region’s largest organizations.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the next phase of Siteimprove’s growth in the region by developing a high‑performing sales culture, coaching enterprise sellers, and executing a go‑to‑market strategy focused on new logo acquisition, territory expansion, and predictable revenue growth.

We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply—even if you don’t meet every requirement. If you’re excited about helping organizations create more accessible and impactful digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will be doing
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, creating a high‑performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive new logo acquisition across Australia and New Zealand, helping your team identify whitespace opportunities and execute strategic territory plans.
  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with Siteimprove’s global growth objectives and revenue targets.
  • Provide hands‑on coaching throughout the sales cycle, including account planning, discovery, executive engagement, deal strategy, negotiation, and close.
  • Partner with Account Executives on complex enterprise opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders including CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, Heads of Digital, Accessibility Leaders, Procurement, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers throughout the region.
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, strategic partnerships, executive networking, industry conferences, customer events, and marketing collaboration.
  • Champion disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity inspection using Salesforce, ensuring forecast accuracy and predictable business performance.
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop top enterprise sales talent while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑performing team culture.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Value Consulting, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Serve as the voice of the ANZ market by providing customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends that influence go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Represent Siteimprove as a thought leader within the digital experience, accessibility, AI, and content optimization communities throughout APAC.
What we will require of you
  • 7+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience with a demonstrated history of building and leading high‑performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive buyers.
  • Proven success leading new business acquisition and developing greenfield territories with significant whitespace opportunity.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with a passion for developing enterprise sellers.
  • Experience building accurate sales forecasts and managing pipeline discipline within Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic territory plans that consistently deliver against quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product organizations.
  • Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand to support customers, partners, and industry events.
What we will love about you
  • Experience leading Enterprise SaaS teams within Martech, Digital Experience, Content Management, Accessibility, Analytics, AI, or Customer Experience technology.
  • Knowledge of enterprise buying motions across Digital, Marketing, IT, and Accessibility organizations.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries including Government, Higher Education, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Enterprise Commercial organizations.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or other value‑based enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Passion for digital accessibility, AI innovation, and helping organizations create better digital experiences for everyone.
  • Experience building new markets, scaling regional teams, or leading transformational growth initiatives.
