Position: Regional Human Resource Director

Are you a passionate HR leader looking to make a meaningful impact in healthcare? Eden Senior Care is seeking a Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee and support HR operations across multiple facilities within our growing network. This role is pivotal in ensuring best practices, compliance, and an exemplary employee experience across our locations. The selected candidate will be a key addition to our expanding Regional Leadership Team.


Location: Preferably candidates based in Minnesota. However, we remain open to strong candidates from other regions.

Setting and travel requirement: This role will be primarily remote, with occasional travel to facilities as needed. While most responsibilities can be managed remotely, on‑site presence may be required at a facility when necessary.

  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure HR strategies remain effective and compliant.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance leadership capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of multi‑site or regional leadership experience required.
  • At least 2 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare. 
  • 5–7 years of overall Human Resources experience
  • Willingness to travel to various facilities as needed.
  • SHRM and/or PHR certification and senior living experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HRIS experience is required to streamline HR operations and decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop HR professionals.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
