  • Senior leadership role within a large and complex hospital environment

THE POSITION

  • Lead commercial discussions and KPI compliance to meet business objectives
  • Manage contract reporting, governance and performance metrics
  • Prepare contract price escalations, variations and tender commercial reviews
  • Oversee Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and maintain accurate records
  • Establish and maintain detailed risk registers and opportunity reporting
  • Conduct site and contract audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed
  • Analyse service failures and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive consistency across operational documentation, processes and standards
  • Support operational teams to deliver contractual commitments
  • Attend stakeholder and client meetings as required
  • Champion a positive safety and compliance culture across the business

THE PERSON

  • Strong commercial and contract management experience within services environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes to deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
  • Experience driving governance, compliance and operational improvements
  • Strong analytical capability with a solutions-focused mindset
  • High ethical standards and commitment to professional excellence
  • Leadership capability with a collaborative and coaching approach

Highly regarded:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Law or related discipline
  • Experience in PPP contract environments
  • Previous experience within healthcare or hospital operations
