Remote:Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office.

Compensation: Budgeted between $75,350 and $95,535 dependent upon years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Strategy & Engagement

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer engagement strategy focused on retention and client success for RCM services

  • Build trusted relationships with revenue cycle, finance, and operational leaders at client organizations

  • Act as a trusted advisor aligning RCM performance with client business objectives

  • Drive client advocacy, references, and long-term partnerships

Revenue Retention & Growth

  • Support client retention through delivery of measurable financial outcomes

  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, cash flow, and operational efficiency

  • Partner with Client Success to align on retention and expansion opportunities

  • Monitor client health and proactively address risks impacting retention

Operational Alignment & Delivery Oversight

  • Partner closely with Billing Operations, Coding, Denials, and AR teams to ensure consistent service delivery

  • Translate client expectations into operational SLAs, KPIs, and performance standards

  • Monitor service delivery metrics including days in AR, denial rate, and collection performance

  • Ensure rapid resolution of service issues impacting client cash flow

Client Outcomes & Value Realization

  • Ensure clients achieve targeted financial and operational ROI from RCM services

  • Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations and strategies

  • Track and communicate progress against performance goals and KPIs

Voice of the Customer

  • Act as the primary advocate for clients internally

  • Capture and synthesize customer feedback to influence service and process improvements

  • Identify trends to inform broader operational enhancements

Compliance & Industry Leadership

  • Ensure engagement strategies align with healthcare regulatory requirements

  • Stay current on industry trends in reimbursement models and RCM best practices

  • Represent the organization in client-facing engagements as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Travel:

  • Ability to travel as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Five years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with a strong understanding of RCM workflows.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare services, RCM outsourcing, or healthcare SaaS.

  • Experience with multi-site or enterprise healthcare operations.
