As part of the Data team, you will have the opportunity to impact the success of some of the biggest brands in the Google Play and Apple App Store. What You'll Do Prioritize and manage team tasks/deliverables to hit company goals and align with company vision Lead cross‐functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities Define and implement consistent measurement standards and reporting process, leveraging data to inform business decisions, and make recommendations for improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs and carrying out necessary processes and practices to monitor progress and results Collaborate with others to support use of visualization reporting tools to provide more effective decision‐making and accountability at the service line level Support relationships with key stakeholders to deliver solutions including resolving issues, answering questions, obtaining information, and providing documentation Serve as the analytics subject matter expert, providing clear, data‐driven insights and recommendations in a consistent format Provide recommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex business issues through data Contribute to strategic discussions, collaborating with the BD team to develop innovative product positioning approaches Stay updated on ASO trends, ensuring the insights provided remain cutting‐edge and align with client needs Define key metrics for assessing the impact of ASO performance offerings on potential clients Interpret data, analyze results, provide and improve ongoing reports on Looker Develop and implement Big Query tables and Looker reports for internal and external use Act as a liaison to support business planning, implementation, validation and scalability of current data warehousing Provide mentorship and support in hiring, training, and retaining a high‐performing analytics team What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience leading a team of analysts in a fast‐paced environment 5+ years of experience manipulating large, complex data sets, doing quantitative analysis, statistical modeling and visualization Expert regarding best practices around data manipulation, building data pipelines, feature engineering and creating dashboards Ability to lead initiatives across multiple product areas and communicate findings with leadership and product teams to quickly turn insights into actions Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical results or issues to internal and/or external stakeholders Experience with online ads or mobile marketing Expertise in data analytics and visualization and experimentation Expertise in SQL; experience with Python or R Experience with data warehouses and big data technologies such as Looker Studio, Redshift, Snowflake, Big Query, Presto, Athena, Spark, DBT Understanding the importance of delivering value to our clients, not just completing tasks to specs Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to both technical and non‐technical partners Ability to speak to measurable impacts you have made with insights derived from you and your team Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn! Work Location & Travel Requirements Airship's 'Digital First' approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time.

Compensation The starting base pay range for this position is: $108,000 - $135,000 USD per year . Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location.
