Job Description

As a Manager, Data Analytics at Fuze Health, you will lead metrics strategy and work closely with the Product and Operations team to ensure high-quality, trusted, and timely data drives impactful business decisions, operations, and product launches.

In this role, you will manage, build, and lead a high-performing team responsible for designing and implementing meaningful metrics to evaluate product launches and support our Operations teams. This role is equal part business and technical leadership, organizational design, and cross-functional partnership, shaping how decision are made across a fast-growing, technology-driven healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Vision

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

  • Define and execute the long-term vision for FuzeRx's Product Analytics team, ensuring alignment with company strategy and product roadmaps.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Operations teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact data initiatives.

  • Establish clear career paths, performance standards, and hiring plans to scale the team thoughtfully and sustainably.

  • Build strong stakeholder trust by translating business needs into data insights and scalable data solutions.

Product Analytics

  • Provide close analytics support to evaluate the impact of new product features and enhancements

  • Drive best practices in experiment design and analysis.

  • Communicate insights and new opportunities revealed through data analysis to senior management.

Analytics Engineering

  • Own FuzeRx's data transformation logic by taking raw data inputs and converting them into scalable, reusable data assets that drive business decisions and insights.

  • Participate in evolving FuzeRx's data platform, defining best practices that shape the long-term analytics ecosystem and establish durable design patterns that ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.

Business Intelligence

  • Surface durable, relevant, and reusable dashboards to monitor the health of various products and operations

  • Establish and enforce best practices for maintaining a navigable and impactful business intelligence platform

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related data insights roles.

  • Strong expertise in analytics engineering and data modeling principles; specifically, experience with DBT (or similar data transformation framework) and Git (or similar version control system)

  • Strong expertise in metrics design and instrumentation

  • Strong expertise in experiment design and evaluation

  • Proven track record working cross-functionally to provide analytics insights to Product and Operations teams

  • Expertise creating assets in Looker or an equivalent business intelligence platform

  • Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced technology organizations.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience leading high-performing technical teams.

  • Experience building and analyzing data assets in healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or other regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards.

Additional Physical Job Requirements

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $139,000-$168,000

Location Requirement: Alto is limited to individuals residing in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington (WA), and Wisconsin.
