As a Program Lead, you will play a key role in supporting youth by overseeing daily site operations, leading staff, and ensuring high-quality program delivery in a structured and supportive environment.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated leaders to join our team as Program Leads. In this role, you’ll support staff, engage with youth, and ensure programs run smoothly while promoting positive youth development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily site operations and support program execution
  • Lead and support staff to ensure strong performance and engagement
  • Plan and implement activities focused on academic success, health & wellness, and character development
  • Ensure staff follow schedules, expectations, and program guidelines
  • Build positive relationships with youth through daily engagement
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
  • Address youth behaviors using appropriate guidance and support strategies
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and communicate expectations clearly
  • Oversee attendance tracking, documentation, and incident reporting
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of programming and participation
  • Communicate with families regarding youth progress, participation, and concerns
  • Build relationships with community partners
  • Ensure facilities and supplies are maintained
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Transport youth using agency vehicles as required
  • Support additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year experience working with youth or in a related field (preferred)
  • Previous leadership experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with youth, families, and staff
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle challenging behaviors using appropriate strategies
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Must pass Caregiver Background Check

Schedule & Program Details:
This position works Monday–Friday 11AM–7PM during the school year and transitions to daytime hours (8AM–4PM) during the summer months. Rotational on-call Saturdays are required year-round.
