Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Job Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • 2+ years of experience in home care services
  • Must past Criminal Background check and drug screening
  • Previous leadership and sales experience preferred

Essential Duties:
  • Maintain client schedules
  • Maintain client charting sheets
  • Build relationships with clients and staff
  • Complete mini assessments for RN on new referrals
  • Training new employees
  • Maintain COMMUNICATION with everyone; Office, Director, and clients
  • Customer service and Care Services
  • Assist and direct the care staff to ensure that quality client care is provided in a manner which upholds Interim HealthCare's standards of care, policy, philosophy, and well-being of the residents.
  • Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services to clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
