Silver Birch Living is coming to Mansfield!
We're opening Silver Birch of Mansfield in Spring 2026 - an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Mansfield area. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Inspire Purposeful Lives for All.
Are you passionate about supporting our growing senior population? Do you want to make a meaningful impact at an Assisted Living community that prioritizes exceptional resident care? We're looking for full and part-time Servers to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
Our Servers help create a warm, restaurant-style dining experience that makes every meal enjoyable for our residents.
  • Welcome and seat residents and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Help ensure meals are served accurately and on time
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables after meals
  • Assist with dishwashing when needed
  • Help keep the dining room clean and welcoming while providing great customer service

What You Bring
  • Experience in a healthcare environment, assisted living preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • ServSafe certification, preferred
