Job description

  • The Service Repair Technician will repair various types of power equipment, such as chain saws, mowers, string trimmers, etc.
  • Restocks merchandise displays, and fronts merchandise to keep displays clean, neat and attractive.
  • The Service Repair Tech will need to possess excellent customer service skills and be willing to assist customers with various needs such as offering to carry large merchandise items to customer's cars, etc., and do so safely.
  • Team player - willing to help out in any way needed.
  • A commitment to our company's mission of Helpfulness and Service.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends when needed and extended hours during peak times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Previous experience with power equipment/small engine repair.
  • Stihl Silver Certification required.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
  • Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service.
  • Availability must be flexible, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred.
