Silver Birch of Mansfield – an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Mansfield area. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Inspire Purposeful Lives for All.
Are you a passionate nursing leader ready to make a real impact? Silver Birch of Mansfield is seeking a Director of Nursing amp; Wellness to guide our clinical team and champion exceptional resident care.
In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a clinical team, oversee wellness programs, and ensure compliance with state regulations. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the daily experience of our residents, support families, and create a culture where care, compassion, and excellence thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Ohio nursing license (RN preferred) with 3+ years of experience leading a clinical team
  • BSN preferred; valid CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
  • Valid driver’s license amp; reliable transportation
