Weโ€™re opening Silver Birch of Mansfield in Spring 2026 โ€“ an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Mansfield area. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Inspire Purposeful Lives for All.
Are you passionate about supporting our growing senior population? Do you want to make a meaningful impact at an Assisted Living community that prioritizes exceptional resident care? Weโ€™re looking for full and part-time CNAs to join our growing team.
What Youโ€™ll Do
Our CNAs provide kind, hands-on care and daily support to our residents making a difference in their health, happiness, and quality of life.
  • Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals
  • Provide personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect
  • Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely manner
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse or Wellness Team
  • Document care and services in the electronic system
  • Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, and team members
What You Bring
  • Experience in a healthcare environment, assisted living preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • State of Ohio Nurse Aide Certificate (CNA), in good standing
