Leasing Agent/Marketing Coordinator
Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Silver Tree Residential, LLC is one of the fastest growing property management companies in the industry. We were formed in 2009 to operate a portfolio of apartment communities that now consists of 87 properties, spanning 23 states, totaling nearly 11,000 units. Silver Tree Residential, LLC exists to provide the highest quality operations in senior and family housing communities.
Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our progressively growing team and oversee all the leasing efforts for a senior-living community in Baton Rouge, LA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
  • Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
  • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residents
  • Confirm rental application data and personal references
  • Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
  • Other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director

Qualified candidates will, at minimum, have a High School Diploma (or GED), a strong customer service background, and basic computer skills. Preference will be given to applicants with previous apartment leasing knowledge and experience. The position will require organization, the ability to multitask, excellent communication and closing skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude. A professional image must be maintained by following our dress code and appearance standards as set forth by the employee handbook.
