Compact Sales Representative - Construction Equipment
$2,000 Signing Bonus
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
  • Deliver "Silver Service" to every Arnold Machinery customer
  • Sell and promote Compact Construction Equipment to new and existing customers
  • Develop sales plans and cold call potential clients
  • Deliver product demos, quotes, and close deals
  • Maintain customer database and follow up regularly
  • Provide post-sale support and financial options

Account Management
  • Maintain and update a customer database monthly
  • Track and manage machine ownership lists for each account
  • Provide financial counseling to customers when needed
  • Ensure timely invoicing and payment collections

Reporting & Support
  • Submit monthly summaries of account activity
  • Support the Sales Manager with various administrative tasks
  • Assist with data entry and general office duties as needed

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk (including on uneven terrain), bend, and climb in/out of equipment
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable using phones, computers, and handling paperwork

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Sales experience (especially in construction or heavy equipment) is a plus
