We serve a wide range of industries, including healthcare, multi-family, corporate, and government sectors. With over 60 years of industry leadership, we are recognized for delivering high-quality, award-winning signage programs. Our teams combine local expertise with national manufacturing capabilities to execute projects at scale. We are seeking a Project Manager who will help uphold and drive this standard of excellence forward.
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple signage projects from design through installation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role works closely with design, manufacturing, and installation teams, as well as clients and vendors, to coordinate schedules, manage resources, and maintain project momentum. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities while proactively solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple signage projects from design through fabrication and installation.
  • Develop and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Ensure timely preparation and approval of project documentation, drawings, approvals, and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or resource constraints, and proactively escalate issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and update company systems with project status and deliverables.
  • Assist in planning logistics for fabrication, shipping, and on-site installations.
  • Lead or participate in project meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up.
  • Manage project-related contracts, including review, coordination, and compliance.
Qualifications
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in signage project management, fabrication, or installation.
  • Strong understanding of signage production, construction, and installation processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or project management systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
