FASTSIGNS is seeking a highly organized Inside Sales & Project Manager to help customers bring their signage and graphics projects to life. This role involves quoting sign projects, managing customer relationships, coordinating with our production team, and ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to installation.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers, managing multiple projects at once, and helping grow sales through excellent service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Quote and manage sign and graphics projects including banners, vehicle graphics, wall graphics, dimensional letters, and illuminated signs
Work directly with customers to understand project needs and timelines
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to deliver projects on schedule
Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
Follow up with customers and identify opportunities for additional signage solutions
Preferred Experience
Experience in signs, print, graphics, or large format printing
Strong organization and project management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable working with estimates, orders, and production timelines
Experience with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or print workflows is a plus
Compensation
Base salary + commission opportunities
