Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of signage activities, scheduling, budget management, and communication
  • Managing day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple projects
  • Providing estimates and budgets, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules, and obtaining/reviewing vendor quotes
  • Understand how to read sign packets, construction drawings, and signage code in order to compile project scope documents
  • Review blueprints and/or gather information for the project scope of work.
  • Sourcing all appropriate vendors for specific projects
  • Point of contact for the client and updates the client on project milestones throughout all phases of the project
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts, develop, and monitor schedules and coordinate with team
  • Update the internal as well as the client software management system throughout all phases of the project
  • Collaboration with Director of Signage and other team members
Job Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in project management (signage experience preferred)
  • Strong customer service and management skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Organized & detail oriented
  • Experience working with & managing sub-contractors
