Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid: Mon-Wed in office, Thu-Fri WFH)
 

About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, strategic initiatives across front-of-house portfolios including sales, marketing, finance, accounting, consumer, and hospitality. This is a business-focused PM role overseeing enterprise CRM and ERP implementations. This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple medium and large business/IT projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, goals, and commitments.

  • Provide end-to-end project oversight including scope, schedule, risk, and financial management.

  • Develop and execute project work plans; manage project budgets and resources.

  • Act as the primary liaison with business stakeholders and executive sponsors; communicate project status clearly and effectively.

  • Facilitate project reviews, retrospectives, and audits.

  • Manage project documentation including RFPs, MSAs, SOWs, and funding approvals.

  • Drive process improvements and support PMO onboarding activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.

  • 5+ years of project management experience in delivering enterprise applications, mobile/digital products, or large-scale internal business solutions.

  • Proven experience leading strategic, high-impact initiatives.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.

  • PMP certification is a plus.

  • Salesforce experience is a strong plus.

Technical Skills / Tools:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) and project management tools (Clarity or similar).

  • Basic understanding of applications, databases, networking, and IT infrastructure.
