Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage furnished, set appointments and self-generated leads within a 45-minute radius of Columbia.
  • Participate in lead-generating activities such as networking groups, seminar presentations, and company-sponsored events.
  • Adhere to our systems for prospect contact.
  • Coordinate with our design team.
  • Update our CRM and your digital calendar regularly.
  • Develop proposals and perform computer estimating, including obtaining quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Produce and sign sales contracts.
  • Utilize our finance programs for sales as needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Exhibit strong closing skills.
