Job description

Use your short-term rental knowledge to move into a high-earning sales career with full SAAS training and a clear path to six figures.

You’ll get expert guidance from a mentor who knows the space inside out, plus the chance to sell brand-new solutions to warm leads and existing clients. That means less cold outreach and more time building meaningful relationships.

Work how you want with hybrid flexibility, letting you focus on high-impact conversations whether that’s from home or in-office two days a week. You’ll also get healthcare and a 401k, giving you peace of mind while you grow your earnings through commission.

And because the product is newly developed, you’ll have a fresh edge in the market—opening doors that might be closed to others selling legacy solutions.

What you’ll do

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, engaging with decision-makers, delivering product demos, and helping businesses adopt technology that supports their growth. This is your chance to shape how short-term rentals leverage modern booking platforms.

Day-to-day, you’ll identify prospective customers, understand their operational challenges, and showcase how the platform can streamline their operations and maximise revenue. You’ll build relationships across different levels, presenting solutions that align technical capabilities with business goals.

Working primarily remotely, you’ll focus on outreach, relationship building, and delivering tailored product demonstrations to prospective customers across North America.

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years of experience within a PMC or Short-Term Rental environment
  • Strong understanding of STR operations, workflows, and distribution channels
  • Comfortable working with software platforms and demonstrating technology solutions

Work for an award-winning, cloud-based booking and property management platform. Their flagship product helps independent accommodation providers manage reservations and connect with guests.

Operating across North America and Europe, the company offers a recognised platform that supports thousands of businesses—giving you a credible solution to bring to market.
