Schedule: 5 days, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., based on business needs

Position Overview:
The Short-Term Rental Property Inspector is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of properties before and after guest stays. This role ensures homes are guest-ready, properly maintained, and compliant with company standards. The ideal candidate is organized, observant, and takes pride in maintaining high-quality environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed pre-arrival and post-departure property inspections
  • Identify cleanliness, maintenance, safety, or inventory issues
  • Document findings with photos and detailed reports
  • Communicate deficiencies to cleaning, maintenance, and management teams
  • Verify completion of maintenance and housekeeping corrections
  • Ensure properties are properly staged and guest-ready
  • Perform periodic inventory checks and supply audits
