Location: Chicago, IL (North Side)
Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our residential/commercial property on Chicago's North Side. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of maintaining high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.
Compensation for this role is $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential.

In this role you will:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring efficient and effective management.
  • Maintain property occupancy and leasing goals.
  • Supervise and lead property management staff, including leasing agents, and maintenance teams.
  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Oversee resident relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial goals are met.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of senior property management experience is required.
