These agencies offer a range of services, including store design, development, theme customization, app integration, digital marketing, and ongoing support. Their expertise helps businesses create user-friendly, visually appealing, and high-converting eCommerce sites. Working with a Shopify agency can save time and ensure your store is set up for success, whether you're starting from scratch or looking to improve an existing store.

Job description

CLOTHING FOR POSITIVE CHANGE (C4PC) From the farm to the factory to our closets, we all have an opportunity to create positive change through clothing as we work to fundamentally change the way clothing is made. Do you want to join a team committed to creating positive change in the world through the C4PC movement? Consider prAna, where you can transcend the current trends and demand more from your wardrobe and your employer; where you can help an enthusiastic and loyal audience celebrate the outdoors and their own unique style; and where you can help lessen our impact on the planet and its people every day.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced and driven Digital Product Lead to own and evolve prAna’s Shopify Plus ecosystem. This role will define the product roadmap, lead migration initiatives, and deliver conversion‑driven digital experiences that align with prAna’s brand values and Columbia Sportswear Company’s strategic goals.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Lead the successful migration of prAna’s eCommerce platform from Salesforce to ShopifyPlus, ensuring minimal business disruption and data integrity.
  • Own the end‑to‑end ShopifyPlus product lifecycle, including roadmap definition, backlog management, and feature prioritization.
  • Align prAna’s digital roadmap with broader corporate strategy to identify synergies and enhance consumer experience.
  • Champion best practices in U.S. eCommerce compliance, data privacy, and accessibility standards.
  • Drive the implementation of headless storefront experiences using Shopify’s Hydrogen& Oxygen framework, ensuring seamless integration and performance across channels.
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to optimize checkout, payments, merchandising, and personalization.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics; continuously measure and iterate to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Serve as the central liaison between business, design, engineering, and agency partners to deliver unified commerce experiences.
YOU ARE
  • A ShopifyPlus specialist with deep knowledge of platform capabilities, APIs, and app ecosystem.
  • A collaborative partner who thrives in cross‑functional environments.
  • An analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions and outcomes.
  • Energized by delivering results in timeline‑critical environments.
  • A compliance advocate knowledgeable in U.S. eCommerce regulations and accessibility standards.
YOU HAVE
  • 9+ years of experience in digital commerce product management, including 4+ years with ShopifyPlus.
  • Proven experience leading Shopify migrations from legacy platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. eCommerce laws, PCI DSS, ADA/WCAG standards.
  • Experience managing multiple agencies and third‑party partners.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Adobe/Google Analytics) and CRO best practices.
  • Preferably, experience implementing ShopifyPOS for omnichannel retail.
