Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager

You’ll be a key component of our team leading a team to provide Mitigation services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:

• Establish and maintain a service schedule to ensure all service is delivered to meet customer requirements

• Supervise mitigation employees including hiring, training, and performance management

• Perform Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Fire and Biohazard related jobs

• Manage the maintenance of all assigned vehicles and equipment

• Communicate with customers and software to estimate residential and adjusters throughout mitigation process

. Follow up with customers and adjusters to get paid in a timely matter

• Inspect job sites frequently to verify the scope of work is being performed correctly, that it meets the projected timeline and that it complies with Rainbow Restoration standards

•Inspect and scope projects in a timely fashion.

•Coordinate estimates and communicate with subcontractors.

•Create accurate and profitable job estimates using Xactimate Software.

•Develop list of materials and equipment needed for projects.

•Obtain bids from subcontractors.

•Communicate with customers; set realistic expectations.

•Maintain project files.

•Build and maintain relationships with claims adjusters and contractors.

Your success as a Project Manager is entirely within your control.

We won’t sugarcoat it; this can be a tough job. You’ll often work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other rooms in a home that are in need of Mitigation due to fire or flood or other damage. You can’t be afraid to get dirty.

Job Requirements for the Project Manager

Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for this job.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time, and work in tight spaces.

• Must be able to wear respiratory equipment and PPE.

• Must be available to work after hours if needed
