What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coach a team while rolling up your sleeves in the field
  • Manage shop operations, inventory, and scheduling
  • Be the trusted point of contact for clients during critical times
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and top-notch service

What It Takes:

  • Valid driver's license + clean driving record
  • 2+ years of leadership experience (biohazard, restoration, or similar preferred)
  • Ability to handle dynamic schedules and challenging environments
  • Demonstrated ability to review financial statements and manage inventory (preferred)
  • Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure?
In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates-Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of twenty-one dollars per hour.
