  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of recruiting, training, and motivating sales and service teams to hit high revenue targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with modern shop management software, estimating tools, and KPI tracking.
  • Logistics: Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel between shop locations in Mesa, Gilbert, Phoenix, and Maricopa on a regular basis.
  • Drive: Must be a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for the automotive industry and team building.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Top-tier base salary plus a highly lucrative multi-shop bonus structure.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance (including family coverage).
  • Financial Security: 401(k) program with employer contributions.
  • Work-Life Balance: Paid time off, paid holidays, and a schedule that prioritizes family (Closed on Sundays!).
  • Career Growth: Upward mobility and long-term career stability in a growing, family-owned company.
