Are you ready for the next challenge of your career?  Are you at the top of your game as a Porsche technician and are stuck at a dead end with no advancement?  Come join us in opening up a brand new Gen 5 Porsche store in beautiful Charlotte, NC.  The Porsche Shop Leader at Mills Auto Group in Charlotte, North Carolina, will oversee the operations and performance of the Porsche shop, ensuring high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the Porsche shop team, providing guidance and support
  • Monitor shop performance and implement strategies for improvement
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
  • Interact with customers to address any concerns and maintain satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory, order supplies, and maintain shop equipment
