Gift Shop Manager

Full-Time - Exempt $57,785.00 Annual- Paid Bi-Weekly

We are seeking a Full-Time Gift Shop Manager located at our Welcome Center in Gift Shop. You will assist leading this department by ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service with guests, donations, inventory, sku's, schedule, cleanliness and gift shop functions. Must be hands on with the team and contribute to a positive environment. Full-Time shifts including weekends.


Responsibilities:

Day to day operations include overseeing customer service, including staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring high-quality customer service. 

  • Cashier duties
  • Inventory/Cost Control
  • Memorize, record, and comprehend inventory items.
  • Financial & Admin Tasks
  • Manage & Operate standard Gift Shop procedures efficiently
  • Oversee all ordering and inventory stock
  • Responsible to organize merchandise for in-house events/functions
  • Work with the Retail Director to serve our donors while providing excellent customer service


Qualifications:

  • Previous relatable experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Multitask and take initiative
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in teams and manage effectively


Required/Other: 

  • Valid Drivers License
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Previous Management Experience
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Strong Technology Skills/Tech Savvy
  • Previous Inventory Experience
  • Able to lift 50lbs or more
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Perform other duties as requested
