Job Summary:
The Gift Shop Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Gift Shop. These operations consist of setting financial goals, ensuring profitability and effective merchandising. This role involves managing inventory, maintaining financial records, overseeing gift shop volunteers, supporting volunteer services department and providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Proficiency in POS inventory computer system and general cashiering skills.
  • Computer knowledge and skills in MS WORD, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices and willingness to learn new skills.

Licensure and Certification:
  • N/A

Education:
  • Minimum high school graduate or higher education with an emphasis on customer service and business.

Experience:
  • Minimum of Two to three years of retail management experience with an emphasis on buying, selling, and display.
  • Excellent communication skills and desire to provide a friendly and enjoyable customer service experience.
