Puente Hills Volkswagen is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Service Porter to join our growing Service Department. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and can keep vehicle flow moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle check-in flow
  • Safely move vehicles between service lane, shop, and parking areas
  • Maintain clean, organized service drive, shop entrances, and customer areas
  • Wash/vacuum vehicles and prep for customer pickup
  • Support Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle staging and transport
  • Monitor lot organization and ensure keys/vehicles are properly tracked
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles preferred
  • Strong awareness of surroundings and safety
