Job description

 Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for inventory management, receiving shipments, processing e-commerce orders, and helping ensure orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong time-management skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Experience with e-commerce platforms and shipping systems is highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and inventory.Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory management and organization.Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Process and fulfill e-commerce orders using platforms such as Shopify and ShipStation.Monitor and assist with customer and order-related inquiries through Zendesk.Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure orders and shipments are completed on time.Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packing, and documentation.Assist with freight and larger-volume shipments as needed.Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.Identify inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipping issues and report them appropriately.Work closely with other departments to ensure customer orders and inventory needs are handled efficiently.Prioritize daily tasks and manage time effectively to meet shipping and operational deadlines.Perform other warehouse and operational duties as needed.Required Skills & ExperienceBilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.Previous inventory management experience.Previous experience receiving and processing shipments.Experience processing e-commerce orders and working with online order-management systems.Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, and Zendesk.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment and being on your feet for extended periods.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of trading cards, sports cards, TCGs, collectibles, or the hobby industry.Previous experience with freight shipping, including larger or palletized shipments.Experience shipping to or working with major retailers such as Walmart, Target, or Best Buy.Experience with retailer-specific shipping, routing, labeling, or compliance requirements.Previous experience in a high-volume e-commerce or fulfillment environment.
